This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for orders placed on GrowTown. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed and accepted by the restaurant/vendor, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Cancellation requests depend on the preparation status and the vendor’s policy.

  • GrowTown reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already in preparation or dispatched.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Order was not delivered

  • Incorrect items were delivered

  • Order was canceled due to unavailability of items

  • Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed

  • Delivery partner failed to complete delivery due to operational issues

All refund requests are subject to verification by GrowTown.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the user

  • Dissatisfaction with food taste, portion size, or personal preferences

  • Failure to receive the order due to user unavailability


4. Food Quality Issues

  • Food quality and preparation are the responsibility of the restaurant/vendor.

  • Quality-related complaints must be reported immediately after delivery.

  • Partial or full refunds may be issued at GrowTown’s discretion after review.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) may be issued as GrowTown wallet credit or bank transfer.


6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The actual time for the amount to reflect depends on the payment provider or bank.


7. Promotional Offers and Discounts

  • Refunds for orders placed using coupons, promo codes, or discounts will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Discount amounts are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
